To be eligible for a refund, the item must be:

- Unused, with no signs of use or wear
- In its original condition
- With original tags, accessories, cables, and packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

- We will send you a return shipping label

⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🛑 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if:

- Your product arrives damaged
- The product is defective or does not work
- You received the wrong colour or the wrong item

We do not accept returns for:

- Custom or made-to-order items, including personalised or engraved products
- Cosmetics and personal hygiene products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, including loose or damaged lithium batteries returned outside the original device
